What we collect

We collect minimal data. When you visit s106 Tracker, we use PostHog analytics (EU-hosted) to understand how people use the site. This collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location (country level). We do not use cookies for tracking. PostHog is configured to respect Do Not Track headers.

Email signup

If you sign up to be notified about a council's data, we store your email address and the council you selected. We will only use this to send you relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Contact forms

Contact forms are handled by Formspree. When you submit a form, your message and email address are processed by Formspree and forwarded to us. See Formspree's privacy policy.
